AUDIO DOCUMENTS

The reproduction of the documents on open tape of Rądio les Valls was performed at the same time as a copy was made on cassette support in order to endow the fonds with working and consultation material.

The copies for other ends are made from the original document, if feasible, or directly from the cassette copy to another support that user needs, on CD or on line. The radio documents may be partly reproduced as long as mention is made of the source. The procedure for copies of documents from other entities depends on each specific case, in accordance with of 10-6-99 (BOPA, n.38, year 11, date 07/07/1999).

CINEMATOGRAPHIC AND VIDEOGRAPHIC MATERIAL

The reproduction of these documents is made on video support (VHS and Betacam) as long as the reproduction rights allow it.

Videos may be reproduced entirely at the National Historical Archive or at the externals laboratoy. The reproduction of these documents for third parties may only be performed for purposes of research or non-profit cultural events as long as the respective document is not subject to access restrictions, as in the case of documents produced by foreign television channels, films produced by producers who reserve the rights to their use, etc.
